I wanted to take a second to introduce myself. I am 40 and have been lifting about 9 months. I do a 4 day split Shoulders, Back and Biceps, Chest and triceps, And legs. I do cardio 5-6 days a week for 1 hour and abs 3 times a wk. I have dropped from 288 lbs. at 30%+BF to 249 lbs. and 12-13% BF (measure with Calipers weekly). I just started HRT 200mg of Test-C wk. and 500 iu of Hcg wk. I log EVERYTHING I eat and do eat very clean (sodium a little high m/b do to canned chicken and tuna). I log all my work-outs and have been making fair progress. I want to learn as much about nutrition and get as big as possible so I joined this forum b/c you all seem to have a lot of Knowledge and seem to care that people are trying to get good and accurate info! So much kudos and props for that. I welcome any and all help and information. So Hello and what up?
