Just wanted to say a quick hello.
Got into lifting late in life. Started one year ago, strength training only, thanks to starting strength and stronglifts. Was a tad overweight but have managed to cut down to the following stats:
37 years old, 5 foot 7, 168 lbs, BF at 17% (last BF measurement was 5 months ago).
Trying to cut down to 12% (ish) and have been moderately successful on diet alone and powerlifting type routine as above.
Will be posting more questions in nutrition, workouts etc. Want to hit the juice when I reach 12% (or when I run out of patience, haha).
Next year I want a different avatar y'all so you gotta help me out !!
