G'day everyone, just introducing myself to the forums..
My name is Sean, I'm 23 years old. I am new to the whole steroid scene about to do my first cycle and several friends have directed me to this website to get useful information and advice etc. I have been a constant gym go'er since Feb 2012, going every afternoon and doing circuits / cardio every morning, I would classify myself as above average fitness, my strength has increased drastically since Feb, I went from 65kg to 72kg (excuse my metric measurements "australian" in 12 months.
My diet isn't a set strict diet at the moment but I am eating healthy, oats for breakfast, fruit n nuts for snack between brekky and lunch, lunch is usually a medium sized meal of meat rice and vegetables. Tuna to snack on before gym, then a lovely meat n veggie meal for dinner cooked by the misses. ( protein shakes and pre workouts added throughout the day)
I am about to do my first cycle of Sus 250 and masteron, doing 1mL every 3 days of each for 8 weeks. I was going to do 8 weeks then have a month off then do another 8 week cycle of exactly the same. My diet whilst this cycle will be a super clean with 4-5 meals a day. My dietary discipline is pretty high so I have no dramas with that. Any with a awesome diet would be appreciated. I am new so if there is any other information or better advice anyone here could send my way would be much appreciated.
I have done nothing but read pretty much all night every night trying to educate myself as much as possible upon this topic. But I'm damn sure I could learn a lot more from a lot of people on this website that have experience.
