i am a 30 year old male. 5'8" tall. 165 lbs with about 10% body fat (guess). i am in the best shape of my life! i have been training (intermediate male program in this sites diet and fitness section) for 138 days. i have been dieting (beginner diet in this sites diet and fitness section) for about the same time. i have zero cycle history. i only want to continue making gains and to train like a champion! i love this site and the information provided! have been very interested in ronnie rowlands slingshot training. thanks for letting me introduce myself a little bit! have a merry christmas!

Welcome and Merry day after....I hate to comment here as this section is only supposed to be a meet and greet. However in this case I will make an exception, I hope the powers that be understand.

When you say you are interested in Ronnies Slingshot method, I hope you just mean the training and nutritional aspects of the system, not the usage of steroids? The two week off technique is for those who have commited themselves to the likelyhood of permanent shutdown of their bodies own production of Testosterone and is not suited to anyone wishing to avoid TRT.

Thank you for your concern far from massive! I mean that i have spent a lot of my time so far reading ronnies thread. i really respect the time and effort he has put into this section! yes to the training and nutritional aspects of the system! as far as the other issue...i am still learning! but i can say with some confidence that the likelyhood of the permanent shutdown of my bodies own production of testosterone is something i am aware of and i am undeterred. it may sound cliche here but i am willing to do whatever it takes to reach my goals....and that is why i am here now...education!!! thank you!

Keep reading the threads on beginner cycles and PCT. You can for sure reach your goals by cycling responsibly and you are at the ideal age for the greatest chance of full recovery. The thread by Ronnie is not aimed at those beginning steroid usage, its aimed at advanced users whether they are those on TRT already or those seeking to compete on a national level where long periods with minimal time off is the only realistic method.

Thank you for your advice! I have been reading about cycles for about a year now, but a beginner is still a beginner and I am one!! Thanks!
