Male, 35, getting ready to cycle for first time...and finally focus on lifting :)

    Hi Everyone,

I look forward to both documenting my progress as an extreme ectomorph (of my own design being an endurance stamina guy). I"m also equally as excited in being part of a community that can help me navigate openly and honestly on proper and responsible use of steroids. Currently I"m six foot 2, 153 lbs and in great shape otherwise. But now I'm at the place in my life where I want to focus on putting some mass on and reaching some lifting goals. I've always been an endurance athlete and have done pretty well given a uniquely small frame and long legs lol. As the endurance field has amply taken it's tole on my body I'm moving into something I always wanted to do, and that is lift for mass and strength. Thanks in advance for this site and I hope I can gain some real wisdom, and in a years time post some wicked transformational pics of what a tall skinny guy can do with a little knowledge and a lot of hard work. I started following Arnold when I was 12, and would say Dorian Yates, Arnold, and Vince Wilford count as my fav big guy athletes.

    cheers

Welcome! 153 is pretty light weight for your height. If you cruise threw the nutritional section of the forum we should be able to help you bulk on a few lean pounds before you commit to using steroids. Good luck man :P

    Welcome.

I sure hope you do a lot of research and realize how skinny you are. Youre not even close to being ready for steroids. You Haven't learned how to eat or how gain weight. You need to gain at least 40lbs+ before you even think of introducing AAS into your system. Otherwise you will lose your gains my friend. You might as well walk over to the window right now and throw a bunch of money out because that's what you'll be doing if you begin ANY cycle. AAS requires a solid mucsle base to build upon.

Hit the Nutritional Forum and learn how to eat properly. This is the most important step of all. Then head over to the Exercise Section and research an exercise routine that works for you. THEN, about a couple of years from now you will be ready for AAS. Anything sooner is simply irresponsible and careless.

Thanks for the advice I agree. Just got the my fitness app and I'll have to get a grip on my diet first and build the foundation.
    Cheers

So far I've found a lot of good things on the nutrition board including actually counting and not guessing calories...I'm on my way to 180 by the end of the summer
Secondly I like how professional a lot of guys and gals are on here. I've read a lot of posts where members cautioned continually against abuse and use of steroids without proper education and training and diet.
