    Getting Started !

    im 18, weigh 185, 6ft tall and eat very well. i have a decent amount of mass but not fat at all, mostly muscle. but i have NO clue where to even start with roids. what kind should i get, what should my cycle be, should i be taking other stuff with it as well? creatine, pre workout, (obviously protien) thanks!

    Welcome to the board! Your best and safest bet is to avoid any steroids till you reach 25ish. You have tons of natural potential at the moment and starting now would be a huge health risk down the line. There's tons of guys here who will help pin point your diet to help you grow like a weed.

    ive been working out for two years, and i did see changes for a while, but the past month or 2 i havent seen any changes. i keep a good diet plan, and i constantly change workouts each week, im just stuck i guess, i take Musclepharm as a pre-workout, Perfect storm(creatine) as post-workout and weight-gainer(protien) right after the creatine, is there something im missing?

    It's pretty normal man everyone hits their plateau, all you gotta do is toss a few more calories into your diet and try to stick to your routine.

    my diet consists of mostly protien litterally all day, i mean im still a kid so sometimes ill eat pizza and other shit food, but mainly ill have protien and carbs 3/4 meals a day

    eat more, if your not gaining, your not eating enough...

    Welcome....^^^^ Or eating enough of the right things.

    Hit the Nutrition Section and post your stats and current diet. Leave nothing out. They will help you get your diet straight. And changing workouts ew is not necessary.

    Wish I were 18 again with natural test and hgh levels nice and high. lol I agree with Soar. Do it natural for a few more years.
