Hi everyone - I'm planning to start my second cycle in the next week or so. I was planning to begin a month ago, but hurt my back (have a herniated disc, L4-L5) so was waiting for the pain to subside before I start, which it has done...although not 100% pain-free...

Swim daily (when not doing Tren, which completely wipes out my cardio endurance)
Lift about 5 times a week (and usually do 30-min additional cardio after lifting)
