    Welcome

Not sure what stack you're considering but whichever one you choose will be mainly dependent on diet. You can cut on any AAS just like you can bulk on any AAS.

It all depends on the goals you set for yourself.

The cutting stack consist of Tren 75, Test 600, Winn 50 and Clen
The summer stack consist of Test 600, Winn 50, Var 10 and Clen
my goals are to trim body fat, get more muscle definition and a little mass wouldnt hurt either but my diet is going to to consist of chicken, rice and tuna freash steamed veggies oatmeal and boiled eggs (egg white only) if i missed anything i should be eating please advise
and the last thing i was wanting to know was how long do i take it for
thanks if anybody else has a different or better stack they can suggest that willl be great this will be my first time so i want it to be a great experience
    thanks again !!!!

As far as the question, id like to know a little more to be of better help. Whats your cycle history like? Since you asking this question i have a feeling its your first cycle. And if thats true you should only do one product. I would say stick to the test. Lots of reasons behind this but i wont get into that.

As for you diet question the types of food all look good but do you whats your intake gonna be as far as protien, fats, carbs, calories. This means more than where your get those from if your not sure on what those stats should be at try jumping in the nutrition forum and getting a full diet coursed out. Plenty of good info to help you bulk while keeping a very lean figure.

    Also whats your body stats:
    height
    weight
    bf%
    goals.

The single most important aspect of any training program is FOOD. Unfortunately for me I did not get that until I was about 4 years into it. You really are what you eat! Once I finally 0understood that and followed proper dietig I was able to make gains again, even without 'supplements'. This is a great resource, and the advice you get here can be trusted. Welcome.!
