Hi everyone,
Ok well i've doing weights now for 5 years 6'5, weigh 18 and a half stone, 16 bmi.
Starting a course of Tren, Prop, Cyp
Im going to be doing :-
Monday -- Tren 1.25, prop 0.75, cyp 0.50
Thursday -- Tren 1.25, Prop 0.50, cyp 0.75
So weekly is Tren 2.5, Prop 1.25, cyp 1.25 = 5 a week
What does everyone think? Feed back please ;-)
