Okay so i'm 19 years old and i've been training hard for about 3 years now. I've got my macros and diet down pat so I was hoping if someone could tell me what type of gains i could expect to see from this cycle with me lifting heavy for 4 days a week during this cycle. I'm currently 6'1 sitting @ around 187 lbs with 9% bf. I was an extreme ectomorph before i started lifting and i weighed around 146 lbs with 3% bf when I started. Anyways heres the cycle
Test E: 250mg per week (wk 1-10)
Tren Ace: 100mg per week (wk 3-12)
Deca: 250mg per week (wk 5-14)
Could anyone tell me what type of gains would i get after this cycle and about how much weight i would put on and how much I would keep after pct and things like that. Feedback greatly appreciated, thanks!
