    Hello,

    I used to take some legal steroids in high school GNC(forget the name) and site online. Looking to get back in shape quickly. Please direct me to the right place.

    Hi this forum has some good information. Take your time and get around to the different sites. These guys are pretty right on. Just for me I don't know what you mean about the GNC thing, were you taking supplements or phar anabolic steriods. I'm just curious.

    Welcome. Sounds like you were taking test boosters, best place to start would be the nutrition section. Then from there on possibly think about a cycle if you have a solid workout schedule and base to build off.
