    Advice needed please

    Good evening,

This is my first time on any forum so here goes....

Ive been doing juice on & off for a few years but have never really known what is a good injectable to do, most of mates think they know everything there is to know about roids stacking etc... But judging by their beer bellies this clearly isnt the case.

Right ive got diet going well and realise this is 90% of trying to lose weight but i do need to some juice to motivate me more in the gym so if any of you could recommend a good cycle of what injectable juice i should do that would help a bit with fat burn and building lean muscle.

Also any other general training/nutrition advise would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

try bringing your bf down if thats an issue, i understand that your looking for a "little motivation" but honestly youll end up working twice as hard to take it off "bf" once you add some weight on. listen just knowing that your going to go on a cycle should motivate you enough to first lose the weight!!!! hypothetically speaking if i loved to work on old cars, i would first "buy" the car and having that car in my garage would motivate me to start working on it so that one day i could drive it.
so buy the old car first so that youll have no choice but to work on it

Ok, so we need to know your bodyfat%, dont try and guess this yourself. If you have no way of knowing, post a picture of your upper body and one of your legs too, some of the guys here are great at estimating BF%.

Then head over to the diet section, post up what you're currently eating, and be honest, the more honest you are, the better we can help you.
