    Hello Everybody!

    I am a new member here. Been lurking for a while and now have decided to join. I am 42 years old and I have been lifting on and off since high school. At the age of 40 I got more dedicated to my eating and lifting. I've lost 25 pounds and quite a few inches of fat. I'm thinking of going to the dark side now that I'm not seeing the gains I did in my younger years. Been researching this site for answers and think I may have found them but still have questions. I will post them in the 40 and over forum. Thanks!
