Heller.
Hello everyone... let me just a take a minute of your time to introduce myself... Im a dad, husband, medically retired soldier(a little disabled)... A blue collar employee who works on average 14 hours a day 6 days a week. Im not in the worst shape but not in good either... I recently started back to the gym after a couple of years off...45 min a session 4-5 times a week....doing the protein and diet thing. Ready to make a life long commitment to good health amd fitness. I can not believe the slob I let myself become. But as alot of you know life has a way of catching up to you and tries to steal who you really are. I am here for the motivation and to learn about other types of supplements that I can benefit from. Ill post more on a seperate forum about my current regimine.... thanks!

Wow, you dudes in your 40's talkin about being up in age or at least not so young. Just wait till you get to my age. However other than aches and pains and not being able to go so long a distance, I feel very young, I don't feel like 61. I don't act it ...crazy mike ..ha but it sounds a lot older than it is when you get here....mike
oh, and everything still works fine after all my cycles in my past....crazy
