Hello I would like to begin by saying I am a 19 year old male and just started working out less than a week ago and migrated here from bb.com. Im currently following kris gethins plan/guide and am extremely committed, I follow Kris Gethins what i would call a very strict diet but am having trouble eating all 6 meals every single day despite eating the recommended amounts of 200g of protein source and 1 cup carb source. I started this plan because I of course want to be swole like anyone but what pushed me to start was seeing myself begin to build a gut. Im also currently taking creatine, glutamine, carnatine, and a multivitamin. I came here because I think my next purchase will be a preworkout and possibly a postworkout supplement was thinking either jack3d/white flood for pre and assault/aminox for post? I was also curious about prohormones but after poking around on the site a bit before registering it seems no one recommends them for people my age....
I'm saying all this for advice/constructive criticism so please suggest away
