    Post New to the Forum

    Good morning and hello. My name is Michael and I have just joined the forum. I am 35 yrs old with two beautiful girls. I've never been a huge guy but always had a decent build. In 2008 I had major back surgery with nothing but complications. I seem to put on about 30lbs since. No matter what I do I can not seem to shed the lbs. Can anybody recommend some products that may help jump start progress. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Welcome Mwdude. I am not as knowledgeable as MANY MEMBERS on here. I can tell you a lot of members are willing to help you out with concerns, questions or whatever ( if you follow the rules and regulations). I can only speak of what I've experienced thus far. Bunch of like minded people who love what we do.

    Welcome to the board. Nutrition is number one for your goals. Once zeroed in I doubt you'll need anything else for fat loss.
