So here I am in my 7th year of lifting. Needless to say im not one of those guys who can think about a gym and put on 5 pounds. Ive tried many diets some eating a tone of foods that im not really fond of(chicken and veggies). Ive tried protien shakes. Take a few supplements. Any way not knowing a thing about cycles before I got on here i have been reading for about 3 hours straight and now I am confused LOL. Here I thought steroids worked like this. Stick in a needle and get bigger HAHA. Well Thats not the case. Just wanted to say hello to all and looks like I have a lot more reading to do.![]()
