    New, know almost nothing and need guidance.

    21. Highly ectomorph, currently 6'4" and 150lbs. Diet is line, 4000+ calories a day, workout 3 days a week at no more than an hour a day, no cardio. Very little results other than newbie gains and getting cut. Almost no mass. Anyone want to point me in the right direction? I live in the States as well.

    Welcome! 4000+ calories is quite a bit... Are you 100% sure there's 4000 in there? Also not to knock you down but steroids at the age of 21 isn't a wise idea, you run risk of causing severe long term damage. Best to wait till you're 25.

    You should try our nutrition forum and post one of your typical days food wise.

    Welcome to the board. Hit the nutrition forum. Give your stats and a sample of a typical day of eating with macros, etc. If its not nutrition could be your training but nutrition is usually the problem.

    I don't believe you are counting correctly. You should definitely be seeing gains with 4,000+ calories. Try switching up to 4 or 5 days if you have the time. How much protein do you consume a day?
