    New Here from Northern California!

    Hello everyone,

I'm here in the Berkeley, CA area--graduated from UC Berkeley in 2011 and now I'm attending law school; I'm just about 24-years-old. I'm 6'1'' and weigh 165-ish at the moment; I also have a very thin body frame which I am working on adding muscle to--although my recent bulking has been adding fat to my stomach as well.

I've been training for about 4-months in the gym, trying to learn the proper way to lift, eat, etc. I would like to achieve a lean yet muscular physique and after a year of training, I would consider cycling if sufficient progress has not been made as I have terrible ectomorph genetics.

I am here to read, study, and learn so I can make an informed decision for myself in a year whether I want to cycle or not.

    See you all around!

Welcome. Start with our nutrition section. Gains come first from what and how often you eat.

It's best to train for at least 2 years before using anabolics or you risk significant injury.
