I'm a newbie and I've been doing a lot of reading about steroids. I'm just getting back into exercise after slacking off for awhile since I started taking full-time college classes in the fall. My diet has been very healthy but there is room for improvement. My weight gain has mostly been because I was slacking and drinking about 2 sports drinks and an energy bar per day without much exercise. In the past I was more of a cardio person, now I want to get into body building.
Once I sign up for a gym in a few weeks I'm going to go natural for one or two weeks before I start anything. I want to build up some endurance because I read it was recommended for blood pressure related reasons. I'm going to buy a digital scale and a blood pressure wristband. I plan to exercise 4-5 days per week at the gym. 60-75 minutes of cardio, 30-45 minutes weights and muscle training.
The reason why I am motivated to use steroids is because I experimented with DHT for awhile in the fall when I was using my weights and I noticed strength and muscle gains in a relatively short time. I believe I will respond very well to steroids and it can enhance my progress.
