    Newbie Introduction

    I'm a newbie and I've been doing a lot of reading about steroids. I'm just getting back into exercise after slacking off for awhile since I started taking full-time college classes in the fall. My diet has been very healthy but there is room for improvement. My weight gain has mostly been because I was slacking and drinking about 2 sports drinks and an energy bar per day without much exercise. In the past I was more of a cardio person, now I want to get into body building.

    Once I sign up for a gym in a few weeks I'm going to go natural for one or two weeks before I start anything. I want to build up some endurance because I read it was recommended for blood pressure related reasons. I'm going to buy a digital scale and a blood pressure wristband. I plan to exercise 4-5 days per week at the gym. 60-75 minutes of cardio, 30-45 minutes weights and muscle training.

    The reason why I am motivated to use steroids is because I experimented with DHT for awhile in the fall when I was using my weights and I noticed strength and muscle gains in a relatively short time. I believe I will respond very well to steroids and it can enhance my progress.

    How well do you think Clen would work for me considering my 20%?

    Welcome. Your results will be diet based. Simply going to the gym for a week then starting clen will do nothing

    Most of what I eat is green vegetables (like lettuce, broccoli), whole wheat breads, multi grain breads, canned tuna, chicken, Greek Yogurt. I'll have some high quality 100% fruit juice or a glass of orange a few times a week. Lemon water and a few pieces of fruit each week (usually oranges). Low fat vegetable soups. Sometimes I buy American cheese from the deli, almonds or some other type of nut, or beef. Pasta once a week. A cheat meal once or twice per week. 4-5 liters of water per day.

    5-6 small meals each day to keep metabolism going. Trying to keeping my calorie intake at a 2800/day while I cut body fat to 14-15% with Clen before I begin my first bulking cycle with Anavar/Test e.

    Any recommendations on my diet?

    Like Soar said Learn to eat Learn to Train FIRST If you dont, all the gains you make with steriods will be gone 6 months after you stop............but the sideeffects of a cycle can stay with you the rest of your life

    I understand your desire to want to cycle bc you're in a rush to get back in shape. The truth is at age 23, your hormone levels are likely naturally high. Given that you're pretty small you have a lot of room to grow and naturally you could put on over 15lbs of muscle in your first 6 months, which doesn't happen after you've been lifting for years.

    These kind of quick gains only happen when just starting to workout. Being that you've worked out in the past, these big early gains will only come quicker than they would have the first time. Also being that you used to mostly do cardio, I think you will be pleasantly surprised by how much muscle you could gain with an emphasis on weight lifting and diet.

    You could also consider creatine and some more natural ways of increasing your testosterone levels such as d-aspartic acid, tongkat ali, longjack root (aka horny goat weed), and high dose vit C (1.5gm - 3gm per day). There are other supplements out there that may also increase testosterone levels but I am most confident in the ones I mentioned.

    Taking clen when you're out of shape is a bad idea bc it really increases your heart rate. You don't want to put that kind of strain on an unconditioned heart.

    I think you should give it at least 6 months natural and/or try some of the supplements I mentioned. If you're happy with your results, keep going natural until you plateau and then reconsider AAS use.

    I don't know if you've ever cycled before but it's not without side effects. Tren for instance makes you constantly short of breath and can cause Fina dick. Deca . . . well if you're done your research I'm sure you know its infamous potential downsides. All AAS make you pretty moody and although most ppl learn to control their behaviors, the emotions are still there and may be hard to control at age 23. Testosterone will make you even more obsessed with sex, which at age 23 is probably not a good thing. Also when you end your cycle a lot of ppl feel pretty crappy for a few weeks (even with a good PCT). There's almost always infertility that accompanies AAS use which lasts for various periods of time depending on the person, their PCT, and use of hCG on cycle. Most ppl at 23 are not trying to start a family but that's always the possibility that it doesn't come back. These are just a few things to consider.

    I wish you the best of luck and hope you at least consider some of what I mentioned. If you do go ahead and decide to cycle, you've definitely joined a good forum to get advice from.
