    Cool Just Saying Hello

    Hello all, hope everyone's having a great day and even better lift! Mostly joined the site to educate myself more on steroids & what not. Seems to be a debate amongst myself and peers. I've never cycled anything except for a PH once & don't necessarily intend to.
    I'm not big into body building (don't hold any grudges!)but I enjoy training with power lifts and kettle bells. That's about all for now, take care!

    Welcome. This site is great for everything. From information about cycles, nutrition, workout routine, supplements, etc., you will gain a plethora of knowledge here. Not everyone here is a bodybuilder (I am not for example); this site is useful for all types.

    Welcome. I also use the phone app, which I think is great. But just a heads up, it doesn't have the same functionality as the website so you may want to go to the full site every now and then. My impression is that most ppl on this forum are not body builders either, they just want to feel healthy and look good.
