    New member- Hello everyone

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forums and also relatively new to the sport of bodybuilding. I'm not very interested at this point in the dark side of the sport as I'm 19 but I was wondering what would be a good place to shoot for such as weight and bf%. I am 5'8 and depending on water intake between 160 and 165 pounds. I have about 2 years of busting my ass in the gym and have been having a hard time getting to the size that I would like to be. I've been doing research for awhile on other forums and believe my diet is the issue. My day is pretty busy and with work I am not able to eat several times throughout the day like most diets recommend to gain weight. So my question is what would be a good meal plan for someone who doesn't have time to fit 6 to 7 meals in their day?

Hey man, most guys come in here thinking that diet doesn't matter, and steroids are the key. You are clearly miles ahead of those guys. Get in the nutrition section and start learning, you're about to pack on some lean mass my friend.

Thanks guys I just wanna make sure I get a pretty good foundation before I get on anything. I've seen several people say "you only have one body, treat it right" and I believe in that 100 %. Thanks again for all the support.
