I'm relatively new to this site and think it's time i made a post and introduced myself.
My current stats are:
Age: 32
height: 6'3
Weight: 191lb
Living in the uk.
Been training on and off for 3/4 years and solidly training for the past 10 months. Not looking at juice yet as i feel i have more natty to go, but could maybe do with some guidance with my diet so will be posting a thread in the diet section soon.
