    Greetings from California

    Hey gang,
    My name is Ken I’m from the Half Moon Bay, CA “Home of the Mavericks”. Back when I was a kid early 20’s I did 2 steroid cycles (blood panels the whole nine yards) wow the gains were profound. Anyway this thing called life kind of got in the way; I’m 56 and in lousy shape, I feel as if the outside doesn’t match the inside. I’m looking to make a profound turn around, having said that I’m hoping for some advice and perhaps a kick in the arse to motivate me. Thanks –Ken

    Hey Ken, and welcome to the forums!

    Well making the step to improve your body is already a big thumbs up! Id recommend heading over to the nutrition section, reading the stickys and posting up your current diet and stats. Diet is the foundation to any body transformation.

    Are you going to gym or you just looking for advise on diet?
