Looking for any thoughts or suggestions on this cycle, looking for lean athletic quality gains.
Currently 22, 6'2, 200 lbs, 12% BF. Been training since I was 16, Currently I work out 7 Days a week, 2x a day on MWF. I Lift Heavy 4x week, Long Run, 3x a week, and the rest I fill in with sprints, circuit training, and cross fit workouts. Im looking to pack on some muscle and strength, as well as enhance athletic ability, with out getting big and bulky. Please let me know what you think, appreciate the help.
