Hey all...
I've been lifting for about 5 years now.
Age: 33
Weight: 225 lbs
Height: 5.9 ft
I've been using gear twice a year for 10 weeks at a time for the last 3 years.
Made some gains but I'm sure it can be a lot better.
I'm hoping to learn how to maximize results when cycling and learn PCT techniques to keep hard earned gains as I've been failing to do so.

Hey man,
Last bf% was round 16%. Need some improvement for sure.
I will post my current cycle and PCT idea in the PCT forum.
