Hey all! New and looking for help.
Hey guys! So I have a couple friends who bodybuild at a minor level and I have asked for advice but I am still doing my research. Here are my stats:
age:22
Weight:265-270
BMI%:30-35
height:6'2
I have not worked out in quite a while as I dislocated my shoulder about a year ago. Prior to that I was a healthy gym rat who at the age of 17 had a bench press 1 rep max of about 315 lbs. My question would be at my current stage, would it be wise for me to try juicing to help me work on losing some fat? I currently have almost ALL of my fat located in my mid section. I have pecks but they are hiding under my new manboobs and I have a beer belly going on. The rest of my body is all muscle with a slight fat percentage around it. Would taking some sort of steroid help me reduce this fat without having a mass amount of excess skin? I am here just doing research and any advice would help.
PS I am sure there is somewhere else that I should have posted this but was hoping I could get some quick help off this thread. I will re post later perhaps.Last edited by acpinatsis; 01-28-2013 at 01:37 AM.

Welcome.
Wait till you hit 25/26 before you jump onto juice. Check out the nutrition forum.

Firstly your too young to be juicing. 2nd post up your diet in the nutrition section and get that down packed for cutting.
3rd, get a solid workout planned out that includes lots if cardio.
If you already have the muscle base as you state, then a good workout, diet and possibly supplement stack will yield you a million times better results than any aas will for you at this stage.
Read the stickies as they contain all the answers your looking for.
