I've been lifting for about 5 years now.

Weight: 225 lbs
Height: 5.9 ft

I've been using gear twice a year for 10 weeks at a time for the last 3 years.
Made some gains but I'm sure it can be a lot better.

I'm hoping to learn how to maximize results when cycling and learn PCT techniques to keep hard earned gains as I've been failing to do so.
