Hi everyone, new member first cycle lookin for ideas ?
so i been working out for almost two years and i managed to gain 15 to 20 lbs. but it been months since i had any changes.
i used creatine, glutamine, protein and some of those useless test boosters. i have decide to do one cycle and lookin to gain 20 pound first time. i also eat 3 to 4 times a day .but doesn't make a difference. any idea what and how much should i do ?

Weight:142 lbs (65 kg)
hight: 182 cm (6.00 f)
BF: 8%

Welcome aboard. Hard to help without more info about diet & training. Hit the nutrition section first and list your stats along with a typical day of eating with macros. You should wait another year or 2 before cycling.

Welcome, first thing you need to do is get over to the diet section and figure out how to eat. At 6' 142lbs you are clearly not eating enough food and steroids will do nothing for you if you don`t know how to fuel your body.
