Too old for Steroids?
Hi everyone, I am new to steroids but not lifting. Just started TRT a month ago and love it. Never had more fun in bed in my life! Also developing new muscle, that was a surprise! I like to workout every third day and I may change that now that I have been reading here. Been reading for a week here and feel like I am just getting started. Problem is I am 67 and wondering how much good these things are going to do.
I started HGH at 2 iu daily at the same time as the Test implants in my hip. Have ordered Clen , Sust and D Bol to add to that. Dont know if these will go together well but I may know more by the time they get here.
I feel good about getting serious with lifting again and am tickled about the gains I am making just in the last month. More muscle, more weight, less effort. Have to watch that weight though. Tore a muscle completely through on my upper shoulder. Doc pointed it out on MRI, said as long as I dont have too much pain, leave it alone so adding more weight cautiously. Enough already.
If anyone has any comments, chime in, I can use all the help I can get.

welcome
lifting every 2nd or 3rd day is probably ideal for someone at your age..
and you would want to do a sh!t tonne of research before using clen , sus, or dbols.....

Welcome. Visit the HRT Forum and read all the stickies and monitor the threads. You can learn a lot there! Be careful with all the additions your talking about. You can do wonders just with TRT. Keep in mind it takes a good while to settle in to a successful protocol, which will include frequent blood work while doing so.

Well done mate, I am only 57, I love using test C and Trenbolone . I live for strength, I love the fact that I am stronger now than at any time in my life. I have trained for 32 years and started using due to injuries. I will still use deca if i am having problems with pain, and it certainly helped my shoulder heal. Plus it helped a fractured spine.
I watch my blood pressure closely, I use medication for it. That has been the only negative and is so easily controlled. As a recovered alcoholic I do not drink and do not smoke. Other than that I know i am what I eat! I can put on or take off 20 kgs in 3 months anytime, I try not to be too extreme and I agree train 3 times a week. Enjoy every minute of it. I hve a mate in Australia I used to train with. Former world champion and he still can squat over 250kgs, he is over your age!
Good luck and kindest regards. John

Welcome sir, just watch it at your age mate, even though your a trt patient, your body would be in a fragile state. Your not in your prime, your at a age that is highly injury hazardous. Take your time, research, implement what works best for you and let your body do the rest of the work.

You're right on there Roz.
I am already in a good bit of pain from overexertion in shoulder joints. I may have reached my max weight for a while.
From all the warnings I am getting from others, I am going to take another look at D Bol too. I'll give it a few more months on just the minimal TRT and HGH. Just in the last 2 months, I am in the best shape I have been in for the last 5 years.
Thanks all for the warm welcome.

Great news about the results from TRT. What kind of shape were you in before your treatment began? What gains have you made (strength and physique). As a 51 y/o on TRT, I'm just stumped why men in their 60s don't seek treatment. So many are frail. Shame on their doctors.

I was in awful shape when I started TRT just over two months ago. I had made no gains in over two years on my weights, getting fat and I was lucky to get laid once a week. Worst of it was my wife was acusing me of neglect one week and having a girlfriend the next.
Now I have muscles! My weights have increased 30 to 40% across the board. My slacks fit again, More energy and I feel good. I feel like singing. Not all is roses though. Wife still compains, "Didn't we just do this last night?" Doesn't bother me in the least.
I can completely understand your feelings when looking at handicapped elderly people. I have to hold my self back from confronting them and demanding that they get TRT. The public is sadly under educated about hormones and health in general.
