well im 28,

ive been obese for about 70% of my life.

for the past 2 yrs, i have made really good progress, and well
im almost there. still big, but WAAAAAAY smaller, then before.

just wanted to say hello all.
and im here to read and learn
on cutting, to see what would benifit me to lose
more.

i would love to be alot smaller for this summer.

Welcome alot to learn before even thinking about it. Obese? Steroids will not help u lose weight in fact it can be very harmful to your health if there is too much bodyfat. Goodluck

hi,

im 5'10

260 lbs

body fat i think is 30%

ive been training the last 2 yrs. 5-6 days aweek.

ive been on a clean eating, with a diet plan eating 2200 calories.

my first work out program that really boasted my weight loss.
was using bodybuilding.com kris gethins 12 week program.
it did great for me. i just finished using his 4 week dtp program
to help beat a platuea i was at.

i was reading about clen . but not sure on what to look at or research.
to see if i should do this.
