    Hello

    Hey guys how's it going?

    I just recently became a member, but I have been viewing this forum and researching here for around 8 months now. I just never signed up until recently. I'm24 at 6' and 195lbs. When I first started lifting I was around 135lbs and very skinny with a very fast metabolism. I learned how to eat right and gained about 40 lbs before even starting a cycle. I don't ask many questions because I believe in searching for the answers myself so I look forward to your advice in the future guys.
