Just want to be a nub and say hello to everyone. I am here for suggestions. If anyone wants to point me to the correct forum or some threads similar I would really appreciate it.
Started in January 2012, 6'2ish, 135lbs. 23 years old.
As of last month, I am weighing in at 180lbs or so, natural. Just by pure motivation and a little protein/ creatine.
This difficult part, I am type 1 diabetic and have celiacs(no wheat or gluten). This makes life a little more challenging as I still try to consume my 2500-3000 calories a day with 150 carbs.
I am committed and have a 6 day split. I am really looking to work up to 200-210 lbs and then cut some body fat. Currently I am sitting at 14%(without trying due to diabetes). I figure I will put some fat on but not much.
I would really love to start a steroid routine, nothing extreme but just enough to get me over my hump and to my goal(doesn't everyone say that when they start? haha)
Let me know what you guys think would be a good starting place. I know people say they run into high blood sugars regardless of if they are diabetic or not. The one benefit is I am prescribed insulin so I can just ramp up my insulin amount which in itself can help me gain muscle too and hopefully control that BS somewhat. I really want to try this out.
