Welcome man! Came to the right place. There's some extremely helpful people on the nutrition board that would help lots. You should start by reading the Cutting 101 sticky in the nutrition section. Good luck man!

Welcome to AR. I agree with soar. He gave you some good feedback and a good starting piont. 30-35% bf is high but nothing that cant be significantly improved by getting some help from the guys in the nutrition forum about proper diet and eating habits. It all starts with your diet and eating right, this will prove to be even more important then training in terms of accomplishing your body building goals. But dont get me wrong cause thats not to say that some hard work in the gym isnt going to be nessasary. My bf was very high too, but when i took diet and eating habits more seriously and put the work in, in the gym, i was able to drop my bf almost 10% in just a couple of months. All the help you could ever need to achieve whatever body building goals your seeking is available to you at your finger tips on this site. There is a forum for almost every topic. So just like sixfootseven said "read read read" Start with all the stickies on all the forums and anything else that you still dont know or understand, just start your own new thread and ask. Experienced and knowlegeable members will be happy to help....Good luck, Wes
BTW m1sx5r, i'm in the same neck of the woods as you are. Are you central jersey east (closer to Essex) or central jersey west (closer to hunterdon)Last edited by Wes201; 02-04-2013 at 10:08 PM.

Welcome, I think you over estimate your body fat (or maybe a typo) I would say you are closer to the 20-25% range probably about 22
