hi I'm New here I'm 30 years old started training 7 months ago I'm 5ft6 started at 53kg now im 64kg i can bench 95kg, squat 140kg dead lift 150kg. I've done 1 low dose cycle of dbol deca and test e. I'm still making gains weekly even after pct i'm sub 10% bf.

i hope to I've lost 4 inches from my waist gained half inch all over legs and arms. Not lost any weight either. Tried posting my cycle and details but it wouldn't let me due to the auto spam thingy. Guess I'l have to post a bit more until i can mention nipple lol

on and off since i was 14. Had a few years out been back training hard for 7 months. I'm done with this forum now some of the senior members seem to not read the questions properly and are rude in their reply's. So good bye guys and good luck on here
