    New Guy

    Hey all,

I'm the new guy. I'm 28 from South Florida. I'm 6'1" and formerly 260lbs (fat 260) that didn't care about what I ate, how in shape I was as I have always been an "athlete". I hit 26 and my tastes began to change. I started eating "Paleo" and doing Crossfit in June and dropped to 200lbs. Currently, starting to do less Crossfit workouts and am back in the gym working on trying to figure out how my body prefers to exercise to build some muscle. My weight loss has been quite amazing and is really a result of a diet my body is reacting positively to. Just on here as I have always dabbled with the idea of doing a cycle or two to see if my body responds, but I have always been scared away by the possible side effects and a healthy fear due to lack of knowledge. The info I've found on here has been helpful and I want to continue to learn more. So I figured I'd sign up for the discussion board and get involved a bit.

    Welcome Monte,

Keep arming yourself with knowledge, but don't rush into a cycle. You should have a couple years exp lifting before you ever consider it. Plus, you are making excellent progress this far so keep taking advantage of this stage of your journey to health and you'll continue to make impressive changes naturally.

Cheers my friend, glad to have you here
