    Hello guys first off I want to say I love this site so much info trying to soak in as much as information as possible and hope to cycle in the near future I have always been in and out of the gym but just recently got hooked and will never stop going always showed my car love now it's my body's turn! I have always been 155 since I reached 5'11 and now I'm 165 not sure if the aging added most the weight of the gym and diet ha but I feel that at 5'11 I should be 200+ I been eating clean and about 3k + calories a day and work out 4 times a week and always give it my all and hope to cycle test e 500mg a week 12 week cycle in the future unless you guys think otherwise! Would like to hear what you guys think

    Welcome sir... you look good and lean but Im guessing your nutrition/diet is not that suited to muscle building... if that 3000 cals includes protein shakes, your answer is right there...

    Just a helpful fact, if you cant add and sustain more muscle naturally, you wont be able to do it while on gear. You may add some muscle while on, but the moment you come off you will lose it all.

    Best is to head to the nutrition section, get a diet plan built for yourself by one of our experts and be amazed at how well it adds some quality mass to your frame.

    When thats taken you as far as you can go, the Q&A section will answer your questions regarding gear and usage.
