    Hey all, very excited to be apart of a great forum. Looking forward to gain some insightful knowledge and experience from members here.

    Stats:

    Age: 32
    Height: 5' 8''
    Weight: 205
    BF: IDK maybe 12-15%
    Bodybuilding exp: 1-2 years consistently
    Current routine: 4 days a week each muscle group 2x a week. Calisthenics and jogging for fat burning.

    LOL I have been off and on for a while...but never a consistent and serious basis. A more accurate number would have been 3 years of consistent hard work. I made most of my gains last year using the 5x5 stronglifts program focusing more on basic heavy compound moments, then to Mark Ripptoes 3x5. I also did Test E for 12 weeks and gained a good amount of mass.
