hello everyone, new guy here.
been lookin around on here for a few days reading some threads and stuff and thought i'd take the plunge and join.
32 m here

currently weigh about 155
when i started i weighed around 120
so i've gained about 35lbs.
i was the skinniest kid in school
i've worked out off and on for awhile. been off for a couple of months right now and am starting to get back going again. have been wanting to get a little more serious for awhile now.
anyway i'll be looking around here and trying to learn and asking some questions.
