    I've been reading the threads here for awhile... This forum, without a doubt, seems to have the most good info, and some great people. I'm looking forward to learning, here.
    I'm 6'1", 228 lbs, and have, over the last 10 months, lost about 30 lbs of nasty body fat. Looking to keep adding lean muscle.

    now thats progress... I like how you have made no mention of asking how roids can help you lose weight... hard work and diet do this, not gear. Keep this up and you will see great results!

    Thanks, everyone. I had a couple of questions, but got the answers by simply reading the threads in different forums, here. This place is great. Currently, I'm working on nutrition, and there's a lot more to it than I originally thought. Once I'm comfortable with my diet, I'll start the gear. My workout has been refined, and I love it, but since I'm always changing it, I'm sure I'll be posting some questions in those forums, as well. Thanks, again, for the warm welcome, and for all of you taking the time to share this info.
