    Hello Steroid.com forum members :)

    Hi guys,

    Just saying hello here

    I'm a 23 years old male, height 5'10-5'11, weight around 155lb (will buy a scale to get it correctly). Been training for 1 year, started at 134lb and was squatting 77 lb (bar INCLUDED loool) for 4-5reps, now squatting 220lb for 4-5 reps.


    I'm happy with the results I achieved, I know that I should wait at least 2 more years before starting a cycle, but I want to experiment with it and I take full responsibility in doing so.

    I found out about this community through google and I've read and researched on it from some 5 months and now I will start a journal in the 'member's cycle results' section of the forum to document and share my experience and, more importantly, to get help and support in my journey.

    Hope you'll follow along and share your experiences and wisdom!

    P.S - wow, that was a somewhat long hello :P

    Welcome.

    You really should concentrate on getting some more experience under your belt beforehand. Not only for your training but diet as well.

    Welcome to the right place. Most all these guys are straight forward with goo inf. Read up you have much to learn. You're young and don't have allot of experience. Stick around and learn from some of the best, in this sport and users of AAS......crazy old mike

    Absolutely, I plan on learning continuously especially from guys who already did what I want to achieve. Regarding training and dieting this is what I have being doing till now:

    Training:
    -5-6days per week
    -4sets per exercise
    -8-12reps per set
    -2-3 exercises per body part
    -each workout always bump up the weight or reps. (eg. if I did 8reps with a certain weight, next time I'll do 10or12, if I do 12reps, next time I'll up the weight).

    Diet:
    -6meals per day
    -1 gallon of water
    -only 'clean' foods
    -I do my own shopping, weighing food, cooking it and prepackage it and take it with me to uni so I can never skip a meal (one time a walked out of class so I could eat my 4th meal of the day lool)

    I know to some of you this looks weird or I dunno, but I like it and don't care what other people think and look at me because I carry my food with me, and cutlery and toothpaste and brush LOL

    I did write a new thread in the members cycle results section but it doesn't appear yet I think it need approval from a mod...
    How long does it take for a new thread there to get approval and appear on the forums?

    You really need to build more of a base at your height and weight steroids are not the answer, learning how to eat to grow is. It will be easy enough to do at your age and in all honesty you have only been trianing a year so learn how to really train to build some serious size and also learn how to eat correctly to put on solid mass, at this stage steroids are not the answer. Maybe not what you want to hear but its the truth..

    Yes, you're 100% right and I totally agree with you and what have you said. No denying. I know that the best choice to go is 'wait' 2 more years when I'll be 25, have at least a decent built and my training and diet will be second nature.

    But despite all of this, I still want to do this. Is completely my choice and I understand the risks, my unpreparedness and that steroids aren't magical and they won't bring me 'everything'.

    That's why I wanted to record it here, to be able to share my experience and also be guided by others who already went through this, but my thread in the 'member's cycle results' won't appear

    I'll start on Monday 18 this month.

    Going on steroids wont do anything for you because your diet can and wont support any new tissue otherwise you would have more mass now, so all whats going to happen is your going to lose all the gains after the cycle and go back to what you was previously. So you might aswell fix the problem now and address correctly. You haven't been training long enough to really know how to train properly or even how to eat correctly and rushing into steroids will be sooo wrong. You come here for the right advice because we know what we are saying and doing, some of us have been using steroids longer than you have been alive so your better listening and doing whats best IMHO..bests of luck
