Absolutely, I plan on learning continuously especially from guys who already did what I want to achieve. Regarding training and dieting this is what I have being doing till now:
Training:
-5-6days per week
-4sets per exercise
-8-12reps per set
-2-3 exercises per body part
-each workout always bump up the weight or reps. (eg. if I did 8reps with a certain weight, next time I'll do 10or12, if I do 12reps, next time I'll up the weight).
Diet:
-6meals per day
-1 gallon of water
-only 'clean' foods
-I do my own shopping, weighing food, cooking it and prepackage it and take it with me to uni so I can never skip a meal (one time a walked out of class so I could eat my 4th meal of the day lool)
I know to some of you this looks weird or I dunno, but I like it and don't care what other people think and look at me because I carry my food with me, and cutlery and toothpaste and brush LOL
I did write a new thread in the members cycle results section but it doesn't appear yet

I think it need approval from a mod...
How long does it take for a new thread there to get approval and appear on the forums?
