Hi everyone,
I'm 22, 170, 5'11" and I'm currently on a 90 day challenge with body by vi. I started it to help my girl lose weight and be proactive, but I stayed on it because I liked losing 10 lbs of fat and gained 6 lbs of muscle. 25 days left and that's just fine. I'm getting pretty frustrated with lack of change and mass gain, which I know is due to calorie intake but when I do load I just get puffy. I've started trying to talk to the guys at my gym and the juicers say its all natural diet. I just nod along but it's so evident. So I've turned to trying to explore these forums enough to maybe get some more insights into this world I'm trying to enter. I'm confused to the whole rules here on not asking for things, yet finding answers but I'm going to try and not get banned =)
I am going on a cruise in June and would love to be a little bigger so time is obviously a factor but I'm not desperate, I'm talking with a personal trainer tomorrow morning to see if we can do anything else with just a solid nutrition program and better lifting techniques and regiments.
