id like to introduce myself... im jt and im new to this forum.. well not really iv been here many times but i havnt for around a year so iv lost my account details, i have created a new one, so baiscally i have been doing injectables for about 3 years now, different kind of cycles, not just injects but also stand alone tabs like d-bol's.. before even touching the juice i studied alot, like at least 4-5 years following certain memebers on the forum and i recommened you do the same, i followed them to just seeing how well they went with side effects & how there body responded or if they got what they wanted out of the gear, i think half % of them didnt even return to the forum hahaha... well from my experience did the juice work for me?? and would it still help me if i did another cycle?? uummm hhhmm YES! i love the shit hahaha but i get half way into a cycle and i think to myself "man i have to inject today"... i couldnt be ****ed, who feels like this somtimes?? lol, on a serious note, if your between 20 to 24- maybe 25 depanding.. years of age i wouldnt even worry about steriod use, speak to your nearset supplement guy and he will hook you up with some natural boosters... not even because your body is still young, my diet wise.. well depands on the season im in.. if im in my prime i eat like a pig like every 2-3 hours lol, (`chicken,rice,meatballs,pasta,broccolli,corn on cob, fiish, weatbix, toast,eggs, ice cream with choc top n milo..mmmm, spinach,) very rarely id have take-out probaley twice per week, say thurseday and saterday night,
when im on a cutt down/lose weight programme, i'll eat every 2 hours but small portions and only fish,chicken dark green veg, eggs, tuna, weatbix
i try to train 6 times per week but at the moment my nans battling bone cancer so im in and out here there everywhere...
i train at nights at the gym after 9:30pm as i work 1pm to 9pm cant train in the morning because i have my daughter before work unless i do pump fitness and endurance training... i love my heavy weights and feel those muslce's burn... my gym idol is the OAK yes! but i dont like who he is today but for what he done at the begining of his bodybuilding career,

well everytime i jump into a cycle i never cut the body fat before taking it, so in realality the juice is accually making my fatter and put on more weight which in return can cause major problems with my colestrol, heart, breathing and so on, i will list my bodyfat % down the bottom on and off cycle.. but it does make me quicker on the treadmill and a hell of alot stronger with the lifting
so am i going to keep taking the gear,... hhmm not right now, i would like to trim down the body fatt, most people say 10 kg would be great.. well iv lost around 6 kilos in the past 3 weeks so im getting there im going to try and do atleast 15kg so that will take me back to around the 125kg mark..then
if i have the cash for it i'll do a good bulk cycle, feel free to chuck in what you guys think i should do as a cycle,
i hope you took the time to read and thank you in advance, i may post some cycles up that i have done to my knowledge and to what my body reacts too.. just because i take it and i have no bad/long term side effects dosnt mean you wont... everybody is different
so juice i have tried:
* Test e 250 (great for a 1st cycle)(tried cooked and genpharma)
*trenbolene 75 ( good for stacking, sucks everything outa you makes u tired)(genpharma)
*equipose (good for stacking, subsitute for decca ) (genpharma)
*Dbol( didnt notice a thing but my sex drive was through the roof haha)(blue print not capsules)
*clen (claire gel)( if you like sucking on hair gel.. lmao) (shaky whilst drinking out of a cup haha, look nice whilst working out)
*stanozolol- not yet taken... not sure when though.

AGE -27
SEX- male
WEIGHT CURRENT- 132kg
BF % -im thinking around the high 20's low 30's ill check that out (my top 2 abs are showing though :-)
im bulk looking
max-out deadlift 200kg
maxout bench press 100- spot 120
max out hammer curl 40kg dumbell
max out snatch dumbell 40kg
current shopping list:
bacon
eggs
fish
mince
steak
pasta
chicken
weatbix
bread (toast)
pork chops
dark greens (broccolli, spiniach, basil)
olive oil
fish oil
liver guard
but this rotates each week..
i make my own protein blends so i save on money and i drink from 2l to 3l of water daily, i have a 2l bottle so i know where im at all day..
i dont drink alchol, i havnt in 4 months, i dont smoke anymore, my last blood results were clear, kidney/liver/heart and my colestrol but this was over by 1.. more cardio and i think less toast in the morning hehe, or it might be the milk with the weatbix and shakes....
my goal over the next few months will be gaining more strengh and losing more weight before hitting the gear again.. and im not fussed as much anymore as the gear wasnt as cracked up as i thought it would be... just causes problems..
any tips to help out with the fat loss would be great, iv been doing light with long reps and sets and 15 miutes extreme cardio.. each day thinking of doing this for another 3 to 4 weeks depanding on timing and my schedules or should i just do like body pump in the mornings at home and then do heavy at nights at the gym?? i have a cycle of stanozolol should i hit those for a while to help out with the fat loss..?? i know it dosnt kill muscle so thats cool...but there hard on the joints but i wont be stacking with sus or test 250 because i'll just blow out hahaha...
thanks for your comments and tips, seriously guys im a open kinda guy, im almost 30, im not 20 anymore.. iv been in and out of the gym house for over 9 years, weights,cardio,fighting, etc..
