I've already said hello

I'de like to give some more info about myself.
I live in Pittsburgh and I go to the gym 7 days a week. I'm 25 and have never done a cycle. I am basically waiting for the right time and after I feel as if I have enough knowledge to safely do a cycle. I am 6ft exactly and I weigh 285. Judging from the photos I see my body fat is about 30-35%. Any suggestions for a cycle? I am currently drinking 10mg of albuterol (first day today) sulfate a day (split between 2 doses) I get it prescribed in 2.5mg/3ml vials for a nebulizer as I am a lifelong asthmatic. From what I hear I should get my bf to like 10-12% before starting a bulk cycle? I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on doing a cutting cycle at the start of summer. Any thoughts?

IMO you need to hit the nutrition section to reduce your bf%. Since this is for introductions, repost in the Q&A section and/or nutrition section for more views and responses.

I'm currently looking to start my first cycle. Im 26 6 ft tall and weigh 180. Im trying to add about 20-30 pounds ive been doing a little research and I thinking about stacking decca with test. Is this a good idea? Are any better combos?

Welcome. Im here for same reason; trying to get enough information so I can gear up and get past this plateau. Yeah you definitely need to cut BF%. Check the anabolic and nutrition sections.

You should post your own thread in the steroid Q&A section , the answer to this question is no deca is not a good idea for a first cycle

Welcome to the forum and as what's been said post your diet in the nutrition section get this on check first
