What's up everyone, just came across this thread and haven't posted here yet. I'm from New Jersey, and work on bridges in NYC. I've been lifting for roughly 12 years or so. I'm into powerlifting more so than bodybuilding. Hobbies are lifting, also my girlfriend and I are very involved in fostering pitbulls, from kill shelters, and finding them homes. I've used aas on and off for the past five years. My diet is probably the biggest problem I have while on a cycle, I eat everything. I'm not nearly as knowledgeable as some other members of this forum, but I'm always willing to help anyone out with any training issues they may have, that I've also had to deal with before. That pretty much sums up my short bio.

Welcome. Do you want to work on your diet? I know a lot of individuals that hate dieting and are cardio machines. Either way there are boards here that discuss any topic you can think of. The members are very knowledgeable and always willing to help.
It’s awesome that you and your GF rescue Pits. They get a bum rap. Everyone that I have ever been around has been great with kids and people in general. Yes, they protect their owners but most dogs do that. So let me be the first to wish you best of luck.

Thanks man I appreciate it. Yes I will have to check out the nutrition section, got to work on my diet. Also, I totally agree about pits, great dogs that have received a bad rep from the media.

Glad to have you on board. When these guys give you advice please start to get yourself and diet in line, and I say this because I think you would see results quicly with your body. If you lost the water and fat tissue by less carbs etc.. train hard your biceps would come out quicker than you know. I'm just saying by looking at them and what I see under there. Stick with the plan and you will do good. Stats would help, do this right, good luck my friend. ...crazy mike

PS: if I can...Chest and include some decline to see the bottom...just saying what I see in the pic.....cm

Thanks mike, I agree. Ive got to get the diet and cardio inline. I'll have to try working decline bench back into the routine. I stopped a few years ago because everytime I did decline I got terrible shoulder pain. Ill just have to start light and work it back in. Thanks again for the advice.

If the hurt continues after you have given it ample time and the lighter weight, of course listen to your body, we can't. Good luck again, loose the water quickly easy to do that !!...cm
