Hey Guys, Glad to be aboard,
Little about myself,
Been working out since I was 14, 25 Now, was sitting at 5'10 196 8% BF all natty late 2011, was doing Judo in college so wasn't interested in getting any heavier at the time or I would half to face giants.
Had scoliosis since my teens, always had back pain, discovered in college that it was from a leg length discrepancy (one femur was shorter) from when I broke my leg as a kid.
it made my long leg calf and my right pec always bigger lol
So I wore shoe lifts a few years and discovered that **** sucks for all your lifts but my back pain went away.
Graded College, decided to get leg length surgery (worth it) cus i hated the shoe lifts, but man i couldn't walk for 4 months and and was on crutches another month and a half, the whole time eating a calorie surplus on doctors orders.
Couldn't lift for 4 months and basically chilled doing physical therapy until I was released late November.
January 2 2013 I hit the gym at 211, A lot of muscle and strength wasted away on the couch especially in my surgery leg which I could not bend for all four months (Braced).
Hated being fat so I've dieted down to 184 12% BF my pecs and Calfs have evened out but still got an inch difference on my quads and my lifts are not were they were, YET.
once I hit 8% gonna bulk.
Im interested in taking the next step when im ready, getting into gear and taking my physique and training to the next level.
Just moved to Asia for work so only have work related friends yet (certainly no one to talk to about gear) and a lot of time on my hands to invest in this pursuit
