I'm 24, around 12st 6 and 6ft3. I train at least 3 times a week with a clean diet. I'm looking to gain some size pretty fast. I've purchase some epi extreme, mythyl-s and a ready made pct I also have some sd matrix and milk thistle. Could I please have some advise on how to take these? I'm not sure how often and how many to take. Thank you
