    Checking in for Early Research

    Hey Ladies/Gentlemen.

I won't really be posting here much as I'm still too young to be using steroids but it is an option that I'm considering in a few years time so I'm trying to learn as much as I can in advance so that I don't screw my body up when the time eventually comes. I have a few small questions that I'd love to be answered so I'll amend them to this post but if they should be posted in the Q&A section then let me know and I'll edit them out. Firstly my stats:

    Age: 20
    Height: 5"8
    Weight: 166 lbs
    BF%: 8.5
    Cycle Exp: None.
    PCT Knowledge: None.
Training Exp: On-and-off since I was 14 (was training well but nutrition etc wasn't so good) but have only been fully dedicated for the past couple of months (clean diet and 5/6 days of training per week).
Diet: Approximately 3,300 calories/day consisting of 30-35% Protein / 50% Carbs / 15-20% Fat. Chicken, Tuna, Nuts, Oats, Seeds, Fruit, Wholewheat bread, beans, various dairy products, salad, pasta, rice, curry, vegetables etc.

Some other information that may be useful:

Supplements: Whey protein powder, Creatine and I may invest in some Glutamine soon as I've heard good things about it.
    Somatotype: Mesomorph.

My diet isn't perfect, I know, but I'm gradually improving it overtime as I gain more experience and experiment with new foods and recipes but as a student it can be difficult to afford.

I've read that, because of my age, I have a naturally high level of testosterone and was wondering if there is any way of really taking advantage of this? Or should I just continue as I am with a good training routine and a clean bulking diet?

My target physique would not be excessively big but more fitness model size such as that of Lazar Angelov and Greg Plitt - all your suggestions are welcomed and greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Chris.

You may also need to visit our workout section and post your routine and lets us give you some advice on how to stimulate the body to grow the most muscle tissue.

You can post as much as you like don't think because your not going to be using steroids you cant post, you can and we can help you along the way to achieve your dreams and goals.
