    Beginner (Need Advice)

I am a competitive baseball player and Im looking to gain velocity and strength. I have been on strict lifting programs but have never had substantial gains and I am looking for some extra help (steroids). I am just looking for something that will make me stronger, while maintaining some flexibility with minimal side effects. I am pretty clueless in this subject. I have heard about tbol and anavar but dont know much about them. Can i get some help?

You're a bit to young and too light bro. You need to learn to eat properly before you learn to use AAS. If you do a cycle now, you likely will not keep any of it because you have not built a foundation for any new muscle to grow on. You first need to build some solid dense muscle in order to maintain any new muscle. Then, you need to eat more to maintain your new muscle. It’s all about eating. Figure out your TDEE and up your cals at least 500 each day to gain some weight. Workout regularly and eat a high calorie clean balanced diet.

And your natural testosterone levels are sky high right now. I would concentrate on taking advantage of that as you can make tremendous gains in following few short years.

It’s best to know the complications and associated health risks that could affect you should you decide to embark on this journey sooner than later. A few more years to allow your developing endocrine system to finish growing, and then perhaps look at using AAS.

Its also important to understand what it is your putting into your body and the associated roles these compounds play, and the dreaded side effects that are bound to creep up on you - especially if you didn’t do your homework. Otherwise you could be setting yourself up for a host of unwanted side affects including premature closure of your growth plates, Erectile Dysfunction, Gynecomastia (b*tch t*ts), and more..

There's no magic pill. The magic is EATING.

Post your intended diet here including macros and the pros in there will assist you in tweaking your diet to fit your intended goals. Good luck!

Welcome I would have to agree with Mickey and Gambino bro you are better off packing on natural weight your muscle maturity has even set yet. With the right training and diet you should be able to reach your goals within 3-5 years. One thing that helped me when I started lifting and playing football was to keep a log of excise in detail. Keep take of daily weight (best if done first thing in the morning and empty stomach) also log workouts in detail (reps, weight and even rest time) Although 45 sec is sufficient Keeping will allow to have as a reference once you have kept about a year of training logged you will be able to see your bodies natural progressing at which point you can tweak your work out to optimize your bodies reaction to it. Also don't forget to log rest days, eating habits, supplement intake, and even note soreness or fatigue. This will help you tweak your intake to fit the work outs, hope that helps
