My friends call me T, ironic huh? But I am from the Chicagoland Area and as of right now Im 5'11 and 217lbs and havent been in the gym regularly for about a year and a half and was 180 w/16% bf. Most in belly and side obliques which i never had. I felt good and was in good shape and had decent size arms and a decent solid chest plus good delts and basketball legs. Injuries.. ie back, knee, broken knuckles in strong hand most recently that healed in a worse position than the xray when first broken. I have gone up to 217 and yet a 37lb difference but ive lost muscle too so i probable actually gained 50lbs of fat and just really started hitting the gym again two weeks ago with continuous interval cardio by plying a lot of basketball. Also have lifted the times I went there. I need to start with whole body workouts first with high reps and low weight I think until my body gets back in the swing. But I have isolated my upper body. Back to the drawing board.
